Your data Privacy notice
Please read this before sending your survey. It tells you which data we ask for, what we use it for, and what you can do about it. This is the privacy notice required by Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Who is responsible for your data
Tulum Temazcal Productos y Servicios Holísticos, S.A.S. de C.V., tax ID TTP210320ME5, with address at Calle 12 Bis, Mza 142, Playa del Carmen Centro, C.P. 77710, Solidaridad, Quintana Roo, México, is responsible for processing your personal data.

What we ask for
Identification and contact details: your name, age, phone, email, the date of the ceremony, and the name and phone of someone we can call in an emergency. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian’s name as well.
Health details, which the law calls sensitive personal data: what you tell us about your heart, blood pressure, circulation, pregnancy, surgeries, injuries, implants or metal in your body, medication you take, allergies, diagnoses, and any recent discomfort.
We ask for health details for a concrete reason, not as paperwork: it gets very hot inside the temazcal and the body works. Knowing what you arrive with is what lets us look after you, adapt the ceremony, or tell you honestly that today is not your day to go in.
We do not ask for financial data. Payment, when there is one, happens outside this form.
What we use it for
To keep you and the circle safe during the ceremony; to adapt the ceremony to what you need; to reach your emergency contact if that became necessary; to organise your booking and talk to you about it; and to record that you read and accepted the liability waiver.
Those purposes are necessary: without them we cannot receive you safely.
Separately, and only if you allow it, we use photos or video of the ceremony on our site and social media. You decide that in the image question, and you can say no without anything about your ceremony changing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your data with anyone for commercial purposes. There are no transfers to third parties.
We do use two services that process it on our behalf and under our instructions: Cloudflare, where the site and the database live, and Resend, which delivers our email. Neither may use your data for anything else.
We would only share it in two cases: if a competent authority requires it under the law, or if in a medical emergency your information had to be given to whoever treats you.
How long we keep it
We keep your survey for as long as it may be needed to evidence what you accepted and to handle any claim, and at most five years from the ceremony. After that it is deleted.
If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do, unless the law requires us to keep something.
What you can do about your data
You may ask us to give you access to it, to correct it if it is wrong, to delete it when it is no longer needed, and to object to a particular use. These are the ARCO rights and exercising them is free.
You may also withdraw your consent at any time, and limit the use or disclosure of your data — for example, withdraw the image permission without withdrawing anything else.
For any of these, write to [email protected] telling us what you want and how to reach you. We reply within twenty working days at most.
If you are not satisfied
If you believe we handled your request badly or misused your data, you may turn to the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, through Transparencia para el Pueblo, which has been the authority on this matter since March 2025.
If this notice changes
We will publish any change at tulumtemazcal.com, with its date. The version you accept today is the one dated 2026-09-21, and it is stored alongside your signature so you always know what you said yes to.
